slimmy11 Amazing musician! I love the whole collection but one of my favs is definitely "It's a Minor Thing". Grab a glass of wine, find a comfy chair, or move the furniture and dance when the music moves you!

about

This is a collection of soul tunes which I created over the last 20 years, They are statements from within which 'birthed' themselves in different ways, influenced by many styles of music. In most cases the tune (soul) dictated the form. I just had to stay out of the way.
Note that 'It's a Minor Thing' is a newer version than what's on the steaming sites.

released October 7, 2022

This album is the culmination of writing and performing my tunes with two bands - Levitate and Transitive Closure. I also had the privilege of working with Slim Heilpern where he arranged and performed on two cuts. I want to thank Jorge Faustmann, Marty Honda, Carlos Madrigal, Joe Roark, Preston Carter, Peter Wallack, Paul Fisher, Slim Heilpern and Penny Hanna for their contributions. I want to thank Robert Rich for his mastering and to Richard Sachs for the cover. The photographs on the web page are mine. I thank my wife, Charlotte Villemoes, for her positive support through the creation of this collection.
